I find myself across the atlantic headed to Bermuda, Antigua and Barbados. I was averaging -400fpm landings. I was strolling around Gatwick, when I found my relief First Officer. I had enough time to introduce myself to her, we grabbed a quick cup of tea and discussed the flight plan, she has been to TPBP quite a few times. The Captain, or should I say the relief Captain was watching me like a paragon falcon, getting ready to pounce on me like it's prey. There is the 99% joy part but then there is the 1% sheer terror. Sometimes it hits you, you are in charge of 160+ lives. To pass the time we have fun up in the flight deck, I could name some stuff but David Yanofsky would be after me. I will be posting blog hopefully on the 24th of January.
